THE HON'BLE SRIIUSTICE K.SURENDER CRIMINAL PETITIONNo.4203 0F 2019 ORDER:
This Criminal Petition is filed under Section 4g2 of the Code of briminal Procedure, 7973 (for short ,Cr.p.C.,) by the I petitioners/Accused Nos.3 and 4 to quash the proceedings in l S.C.No.142 of 2019, pending on the file of the learned VI Additional Metropolitan Sessions Judge at Secunderabad. The offences alleged against the petitioners are punishable under Sections 498-A, 306 r / w 34 of the Indian penal Cocle. 2.
Heard learned Additional public prosecutor for the respondent No.l-State. Perused the record.
None appeared on behalf of the petitioners 4.
The case is of the year 2019. No interim orders were passed by this Court, when the case was filed. The status of the case in the trial Court is not known. Hence, I do not find any reason to keep the petition pending.

Accordingly, this Criminal petition is disposed of granting liberty to the petitioners to approach this Court, in the event of cause surviving.
