This writ petition is of the year 2007. When the writ petition is listed on 28.12.2018 there is no representation on behalf of the petitioners and this Court adjourned the matter to 01.02.2019. When the matter is listed on 01.02.2019 there is no representation on behalf of petitioners. Hence this Court directed to post the matter to this date i.e. 04.02.2019 under the caption 'for dismissal'.

Even, today, when the matter is listed under the caption 'for dismissal', there is no representation on behalf of the petitioners. This shows that the petitioners are not evincing any interest in prosecuting the matter diligently.

Hence, the Writ Petition is dismissed for non prosecution. No order as to costs.

As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in the writ petition, shall stand closed.
