HON'BLE DR. JUSTICE B. SIVA SANKARA RAO Crl.P.M.P.Nos.9589 & 9590 of 2017 IN/AND Crl.P.No.8453 of 2017 ORDER:

The petitioners/accused Nos.1 & 2 and the 2nd respondentdefacto complainant of C.C.No.435 of 2015 on the file of II Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Visakhapatnam, which is outcome of private complaint of the 2nd respondent for the offences punishable under Sections 499 & 500 IPC, present before the Court and stated that they settled the matter amicably outside the Court and the terms of the compromise was also appended. In view of compromise of the parties, the offences are compounded and the accused are acquitted and the bail bonds of the accused, if any, shall stand cancelled.
