THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.SEETHARAMA MURTI WRIT PETITION No.13986 of 2018 ORDER:

In this Writ Petition, the only grievance is with regard to non registration of a crime pursuant to the complaint, dated 20.03.2018; and, failure to proceed against the unofficial respondents 5 to 8 for their arrest in accordance with the procedure established by law. There is no representation for the petitioner. However, learned Government Pleader for Home (TG), on written instructions, dated 13.04.2018, a copy of which is placed on record, would submit that on receipt of the complaint, dated 20.03.2018, a preliminary enquiry has been conducted and a case in crime No.66 of 2018 was registered against the respondents 5 to 8 herein, on 12.04.2018, by the Station House Officer, Malakpet Police Station, for the offences punishable under Sections 420 & 506 IPC and that the said crime is being investigated into.

In that view of the matter and as no cause survives for adjudication, the Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.

Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
