The case of the petitioner that he was terminated from service on 25-01-2016. Against the same, he preferred appeal before the 2nd respondent on 26-02-2016. As no orders are passed, the present writ petition is filed.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Standing Counsel for the 3rd respondent.

In view of the same, the 2nd respondent is directed to dispose of the appeal said to have been filed by the petitioner on 26-02-2016 within a period of two months from the date of receipt of copy of order. Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of. As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition, shall stand closed.
