THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE P. NAVEEN RAO CONTEMPT CASE No.1014 OF 2018 ORDER:

This Contempt Case is filed alleging willful violation of the order, dated 26.04.2017 passed by this Court in W.P.No.14721 of 2017, whereunder the respondents were directed to consider the representations of the petitioners dated 17.12.2016 and to pass orders.

To the counter affidavit deposed by Smt. A. Santhi Kumar, the speaking order, dated 26.04.2018, of the District Medical and Health Officer, Nalgonda District, is enclosed. A reading of the same would disclose that on consideration of the directions issued by the Court, orders are passed.

In view of the same, the directions issued by the Court are complied.

The Contempt Case is accordingly closed. However, it is always open to the petitioners to work out their remedies against the reply given by the competent authority. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed.
