Narasimha Reddy, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner would be satisfied if he is accommodated in the State of Andhra Pradesh in future, in any vacancy, that may arise. Sri D. Ramesh, learned Special Government Pleader, on instructions, submits that the respondents/State of Andhra Pradesh will accommodate the petitioner in such vacancy. The submissions made by both learned counsel for the parties are accepted. In view thereof, nothing survives in the writ petition. Writ petition is accordingly disposed of.

It is needless to mention that this order shall not be treated as a precedent.
