THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAMALINGESWARA RAO WRIT PETITION No.6665 OF 2017 ORDER:

It is brought to the notice of this Court that the petitioner filed W.P.No.8158 of 2017 after filing the present writ petition and learned counsel for the petitioner sought permission to withdraw the said writ petition and a Division Bench of this Court dismissed the said writ petition giving liberty to the petitioner to approach the National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT).

In view of the same, nothing survives in the present writ petition as the alleged representation also relates to the same cause of action. The writ petition is accordingly dismissed as infructuous. Miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, in this writ petition, shall stand closed.
