THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE RAJA ELANGO CRIMINAL REVISION CASE No.1475 OF 2016 ORDER:

1. This revision is filed by the petitioner aggrieved by the order dated 2.5.2016 passed in Crl.M.P.No.821 of 2016 in Crime No.29 of 2016 by the Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Kuppam, Chittoor District.

2. The petitioner-A1 in the above Crime filed the above Crl.M.P. for interim custody of the vehicle seized in the above crime. The learned Magistrate allowed the above Crl.M.P. on some conditions. One of the conditions is that the petitioner shall execute a self bond for Rs.8,00,000/- with one surety for the like sum. Aggrieved by the said condition, the petitioner filed this revision.

3. Heard and perused the material available on record.

4. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor opposed this revision.

5. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the above condition of execution of self bond for Rs.8 lakhs with one surety is modified as follows:

"The petitioner shall execute a self bond for Rs.2,00,000/- (Rupees Two lakhs only) with one surety for the like sum. Rest of the conditions imposed by the learned Magistrate in the order under revision shall remain"

6. Accordingly, the Criminal Revision Case is disposed of. Consequently, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
