Advocate for petitioner represented that this writ petition is filed challenging award dated 23-09-2002 in I.D.No.84/2000 whereunder the employee was ordered to be reinstated and in pursuance of the orders of the labour Court, the first respondent herein was reinstated into service and he also retired in the year 2013 on attaining age of superannuation, therefore, no further orders are necessary in this writ petition.

2. Considering the representation of Advocate for petitioner, writ petition is dismissed as infrtuctuous. No costs.

3. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition, shall stand dismissed.
