THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE SANJAY KUMAR WRIT PETITION No.42369 of 2015 ORDER:

The grievance of the petitioner society is that the mining authorities are not considering its representation dated 22.07.2015 for allotment of a quarry lease in relation to an extent of Ac.20.00 gts. in Sy.No.542 of Kolthur Village, Shameerpet Mandal, Ranga Reddy District. The quarry lease is sought for stone cutting/crushing work. As the mining authorities are yet to apply their mind to the petitioner society's representation, this Court is of the opinion that no adjudication is warranted on merits by this Court at the present stage. The writ petition is accordingly disposed of directing the mining authorities concerned to consider the petitioner society's representation dated 22.07.2015 in accordance with law and take appropriate action in the matter.

In the event the petitioner society's representation is rejected, the reasons therefor shall be recorded and duly communicated to the petitioner society. This exercise shall be completed expeditiously and in any event, not later than four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed in the light of this final order. No order as to costs.
