HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE C.PRAVEEN KUMAR AND HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T.AMARNATH GOUD WRIT PETITION No. 12704 of 2018 ORDER: (per Hon'ble Sri Justice C.Praveen Kumar) The present application came to be filed seeking issuance of Writ of Habeas Corpus, directing the respondents to produce the detenu by name S.Shiva Shankar Goud, who is said to be in the custody of the respondents and set him free, declaring his detention as illegal.

Today, when the matter is taken up, Sri S.Santosh Kumar, learned Government Pleader attached to the Office of the Additional Advocate General placed on record material to show that the alleged detenu was arrested in Crime No. 182 of 2018 of Chilkalguda Police Station registered for the offences punishable under Sections 420, 170, 392 read with 34 IPC, and that he was remanded to judicial custody.

Having regard to the above, we feel that nothing survives for adjudication in this writ petition. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is closed at the admission stage.
