THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE SANJAY KUMAR WRIT PETITION No.7589 of 2016 ORDER:

The prayer of the petitioner in this case is as under: "The Hon'ble Court may be pleased to issue a writ, order or direction more particularly one in the nature of writ of mandamus directing the respondent Police Officers, to complete investigation and file a final report within a fixed time in FIR No.239 of 2014, dt.6-12-2014on the file of the Piduguralla P.S., Guntur District, Andhra Pradesh, by declaring the inaction of Respondent No.1 to 3 in not completing the investigation as illegal and arbitrary and to pass such other or further orders in the interest of justice."

2. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home informed this Court that charge sheet dated 26.03.2016 was laid before the learned Junior Civil Judge, Piduguralla, in relation to FIR No.239 of 2014 and the case was taken on record vide C.C.No.57 of 2016. A copy of the charge sheet is also placed on record.

3. In the light of the afore-stated developments, the grievance of the petitioner stands settled.
