Learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the Writ Petition with liberty to file fresh Writ Petition and a letter dated 14.12.2017 is filed to that effect before the Registry. Permission is accorded and, accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn granting liberty to the petitioners to file fresh Writ Petition. There shall be no order as to costs. As a sequel thereto, the miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
