Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue.

Petitioner submits that he made an application for conducting of survey and fixing of boundaries on the subject land. The acknowledgement given by Mee Kosam on 27.03.2017 is enclosed as Ex.P.1. That being so, without expressing any opinion on merits, respondents 3 and 4 are directed to examine the claim of the petitioner for determination of boundaries as requested by him if the same is not considered, as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of eight (8) weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order and communicate the action taken on the said request.

With the above direction, the Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed.
