At the time of admission on 05-09-2007, this Court passed interim order as follows:

"There shall be interim direction to the respondents to review and consider as to whether there is any necessity of continuing the petitioner under suspension any further, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of this order, if not already the suspension is revoked." Now, it is stated by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner has already retired from the service. In view of the same, the writ petition is disposed of in terms of interim order.
