HONOURABLE Dr. JUSTICE B.SIVA SANKARA RAO Crl.P.No.9015 of 2015 ORDER :

This petition is filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure (for short, 'the CrPC') by the Petitioner-A.1 to quash the proceedings in S.C.No.563 of 2002 on the file of the Principle Sub Court (Senior Civil Judge's Court) at Warangal, for the offence under Section 307 read with 34 of I.P.C.

2. Pending disposal of the criminal petition, both the parties present before the Court and they filed a petition seeking to permit to compound the offences in the above case as they have settled disputes between them amicably with the intervention of elders. By virtue of the compromise between the parties and as they want to purchase peace, they are permitted to compound the offences supra in the interest of justice.

3. Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is allowed and all the proceedings in S.C.No.563 of 2002 on the file of the Principle Sub Court (Senior Civil Judge's Court) at Warangal are quashed. The bail bonds of the petitioner/A.1, if any, shall stand cancelled.

4. Miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, in this Criminal Petition shall stand closed.
