It is stated by learned Government Pleader for Services-I that the notice dt.11-10-2018 issued to the petitioner is withdrawn vide proceedings dt.06-12-2019 by the Tribunal for Disciplinary Proceedings, Government of Telangana, Hyderabad. In this view of the matter, this Contempt Case is closed. No costs.

As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, shall stand closed.
