THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.S.K.JAISWAL WRIT PETITION No.21413 of 2005 ORDER:

There is no representation for the petitioner. Learned counsel appearing for the respondents is present.

The relief sought for in the present writ petition is to give a direction to the respondents not to disconnect power supply and water supply to the quarter allotted to the petitioner by the respondent management and not to evict him therefrom pending the industrial dispute.

This Court, by an interim order dated 30.09.2005, directed that the writ petitioner shall not be evicted from the quarter which was allotted to him, subject to deduction of rent, and that the respondents shall continue the power and water supply on usual terms. The said order was made absolute on 04.04.2008. The learned counsel for the respondents submits that the respondent management has provided all amenities as sought for by the petitioner. Recording the above submission made on behalf of the respondents, the Writ Petition is disposed of. It is needless to say that if there is any contravention of the terms of the allotment of quarter, the respondents are at liberty to take necessary action, in accordance with law. No order as to costs. Pending miscellaneous applications, if any, shall stand closed in consequence.
