This writ petition is filed seeking a writ one in the nature of writ of mandamus to declare the inaction of the respondents 1 and 2 in not taking ac tion and not conducting any enquiry against the third respondent in not condujcting investigation and arresting the persons, who were named in the F.I.R.No. 129 of 2013, dated 10/11/2013 of Hindupur Rural Police Station, Anantapuram district, considering the petitioner's representations dated 14/11/2013 and 2/11/2013, as illegal, capricious and consequently to direct the third respondent to conduct investigation and arrest the persons, who were named in the FIR.No. 129 of 2013 of Hindupur Rural Police Station, Ananthapuram district and to pass such other suitable orders as this Court may deem fit and proper in the circumstances of the case.
2. Heard Sri Kothapalli Ram Mohan Chowdary, learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri Ramesh Babu, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home [Andhra].
3. On instructions, it is represented by Sri Ramesh Babu, Assistant Government Pleader for Home that in pursuance of the representations submitted by the petitioner on 14/11/2013 and 02/11/2013 respectively, the third respondent has completed the investigation and charge sheet has been filed in the concerned court. Hence, nothing survives for adjudication in this writ petition.
4. In view of the submission made by the Assistant Government Pleader for Home, the cause in this writ petition has become infructuous and nothing survives for adjudication.
5. The writ petition is accordingly dismissed. No costs.
6. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand disposed of.
