A letter, dated 04.09.2017, is filed by the learned counsel for the petitioner stating that the State of Andhra Pradesh issued a fresh G.O. governing the issuance of NOC and, in view of the same, the petitioner instructed him to withdraw the Writ Petition to pursue the process as per new G.O.

Recording the above statement, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty as sought for. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall also stand dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs.
