Seeking to issue pattedar pass books and title deeds in respect of land to an extent of Ac.1.35 guntas in Sy.No. 72/ /1 situated at Sangvi (K) and land admeasuring Ac.2.06 guntas in Sy.No.22/ /1 situated at Lekarwada village, Sivars of Jainath Mandal, petitioners claim to have submitted applications under Form 6A of Andhra Pradesh Record of Rights in Land and Pattedar Pass Books Act, 1971 on 13.03.2017. Alleging inaction on the said applications, this writ petition is filed. 3.

Though Form 6A endorsements are not filed, the representation submitted on 28.06.2017 to the Collector disclose the Form 6A endorsement numbers. If that is so, and if the competent authority is in receipt of the application made under Form 6A and if the application is in order, the Mandal Revenue Officer (4th respondent) is directed to process the same and pass orders and communicate the same by assigning reasons in support of the decision, as expeditiously as possible, preferably, within three (3) months from the date of receipt of copy of this order. 4.

With the above directions, the Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed.
