Heard learned counsel for petitioner and learned Government Pleader for Revenue for respondents. 2.

According to petitioner, she is aged 84 years and presently admitted in Continental Hospital, Gachbowli, due to bad health condition. On account of her precarious health condition, with an objective to deal with her properties after her demise she wanted to execute Will to settle all her properties. As she is not able to move out of the hospital and go to the Registrar Office, she requested to depute the concerned officer to undertake registration formalities in the hospital. Such application was made on 15.07.2019 and requisite amount was also paid. Alleging inaction on the said application, this writ petition is filed.

On instructions, learned Government Pleader submits that no such application was received.

However, without going into the aspects whether application was made and whether such application was received by the respondent-Sub-Registrar, Moosapet, I deem it proper to grant liberty to the petitioner to make application along with requisite challan on 25.07.2019 and authorized person shall appear before the Sub-Registrar, Moosapet at 11.00 a.m. On such appearance the Sub-Registrar, shall make arrangements as required by Telangana State Rules under the Registration Act, 1908, forthwith to carry out registration formalities as requested by petitioner.
