CVNR, J & ANIS, J AS.No.440 of 2016 Dated:23.01.2017 ORDER: (per Hon'ble Sri Justice C.V.Nagarjuna Reddy) This Appeal Suit arises out of order, dated 28.10.2015, in O.S.No.110 of 2013 on the file of the learned XVI Additional District and Sessions Judge, Nandigama.

At the hearing, Mr. R.Satish Babu, learned counsel representing Mr. P.Nagendra Reddy, learned counsel for the appellant, requested for permission of the Court to withdraw the appeal.

In view of the same, the Appeal Suit is dismissed as withdrawn.

As a sequel to dismissal of the appeal, ASMP.No.2406 of 2016 filed by the appellant for interim relief stands dismissed as infructuous.
