This civil revision petition is filed under Section 115 of CPC, assailing the order dated 18.4.2016 passed in E.A.No.219 of 2012 in E.A.No.429 of 2011 in E.P.No.86 of 2011 in O.S.No.47 of 1962 on the file of the Court of the Principal Senior Civil Judge, Kakinada.

Today, this Court disposed of C.R.P. No.3486 of 2016, directing the executing Court to dispose of the claim petition i.e., E.A.No.218 of 2012 in E.P. No.86 of 2011 of O.S.No.47 of 1962, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of the order. In view of the said direction to the executing Court, no further orders are necessary in this revision petition.
