HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.15081 of 2019 ORDER:

The grievance of the petitioner is that respondents are not conducting investigation in a fair and transparent manner in Cr.NO.705 of 2018 of Medchal Police Station, Cyberabad. Aggrieved by the same, the present writ petition is filed. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home produced written instructions stating that Notice under Section 41-A (1) Cr.P.C. is issued to the accused and necessary steps are being taken for securing the documents and respondent-police require six months time for completing the investigation. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the writ petition may be disposed of recording the same. In view of the same, the writ petition is disposed of directing the respondent-police to complete the investigation and file appropriate report within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
