OFFICE NO NOTE 30.06.2025 CVBR,J I.A.No.2 of 2025 (on being mentioned) Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that this Court vide order dated 02.05.2025 was pleased to allow the W.P.No.14376 of 2025. In the said writ petition as well as the petition filed under Section 151 Cr.P.C., the particulars of respondent No.3 was inadvertently mentioned as Mandal Surveyor, Nirmal Mandal, Nirmal District instead of the Mandal Surveyor, Mudhole Mandal, Nirmal District. Hence, he seeks to amend the same.

For the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit, this application is ordered.

Registry is directed to carry out necessary amendment and furnish amended copy.
