HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE U. DURGA PRASAD RAO Criminal Petition No.12397 of 2014 ORDER:

On hearing both sides, at the admission stage, the following order is passed.

Having regard to the nature of allegations made in F.I.R, it is not a fit case to quash the proceedings.

Therefore, investigation shall go on. However, the Police of Bommuru Police Station, Rajamundry Urban are directed not to arrest the petitioners/A.2 and A.3 during the course of investigation. The petitioners shall cooperate with the investigating agency for smooth completion of investigation.

Accordingly, this Criminal Petition is disposed of. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
