HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE C. PRAVEEN KUMAR WRIT PETITION No. 18013 of 2016 ORDER:

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and Government Pleader for Home.

The grievance of the petitioner appears to be is that the police authorities are not taking any action on the complaint made by him on 19.05.2016.

At the time when the matter is taken up for hearing, learned Government Pleader for Home submits that basing on the report lodged by the petitioner, a case in Crime No.50 of 2016 of Ontimitta Police Station came to be registered against the accused for the offences punishable under Sections 447 and 427 read with 34 IPC. In view of the above, nothing survives for adjudication and the same is accordingly, closed. No order as to costs. Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
