Petition under Section 482 of Cr.P.C praying that in the circumstances stated in the [\/emorandum of Grounds of Criminal Petition, the High Court may be pleased to quash the proceedings against the petitioners/ A-7 herein, in connection with crime in F.l.R No.446 of 2016, dated 08-12-2016, on the file of Potice Station Gachibowli, Rangareddy District, Telangana State. LA. NO: 1 OF 2019 Petition under Section 482 of Cr.P.C praying that in the circumstances stated in the Memorandum of Grounds of Criminal Petition, the High Court may be pleased to stay all further proceedings against the petitioner/ A-7 herein, in connection with crime in F.l.R No.446 of 2016, dated 08-12-2016, on the file of Police Station Gachibowli, Rangareddy District, Telangana State, during pending disposal of quash petition.

Learned Public Prosecutor placed on record a letter dt.24.LL.2O2l in respect of the case details of the subject matter and the same is made as part of the record. A perusal ol the same, it is revealed that the investigation is completed in the subject crime, charge sheet is filed and the same is taken on file vide P.R.C.No. 124 of 2020.

In view of the same, this Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous granting liberty to the petitioner to file a fresh petition challenging the charge sheet itself. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this criminal petition, shall stand closed.
