The petitioner states that though she is the owner of the lands admeasuring Ac.6-44 cents in Sy.No.4A and Ac.1-30 cents in Sy.No.66 of 104 of Basapuram Village, Adoni Mandal, Kurnool District, the concerned Village Revenue Officer issued pattadar passbooks only for an extent of Ac.644 cents in Sy.No.4A. Therefore, the petitioner made an application to the 4th respondent to effect changes in the revenue records and issue fresh pattadar passbooks including the land admeasuring Ac.1-30 cents in Sy.No.66 of

The petitioner states that the 4th respondent directed the Mandal Surveyor and Deputy Tahsildar to conduct enquiry and submit a report and the reports are accordingly stated to have been submitted on 20-02-2014 and 01-07-2014 respectively. However, alleging that thereafter no decision is taken by the 4th respondent, the present writ petition is filed. Heard the learned Government Pleader for Revenue. In the circumstances and since necessary reports are already stated to have been available with the 4th respondent, it is appropriate to direct the 4th respondent to examine the petitioner's application in the lights of the reports stated to have been received by him, as stated above, and communicate appropriate decision to the petitioner, expeditiously preferably within four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
