Sri T. Surya Satish, learned counsel for the petitioner, seeks leave of the court to permit the petitioner to withdraw the writ petition for the present with a liberty, if the inaction is continued even after some time, to file a fresh writ petition.

3. The writ petition is, accordingly, dismissed as withdrawn by granting liberty as prayed for. No order as to costs. Pending miscellaneous petitions if any in this writ petition shall stand dismissed in consequence.
