THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE CHALLA KODANDA RAM WRIT PETITION No. 15069 of 2019 O R D E R:

The allegation of the petitioner in this writ petition is that the respondent authorities are interfering with the civil disputes at the instance of respondent No.4.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.

Today, learned Government Pleader for Home placed before this Court the written instructions, dated 22.07.2019, wherein it is stated that on the complaint, dated 05.02.2019, lodged by one Syed Sajid Ali, Crime No.159 of 2019 was registered against one Abdul Shukoor for the offences punishable under Sections 447, 427, 420, 468, 471 and 506 IPC read with Section 34 IPC and the investigation is under progress.

In the light of the above, the writ petition is closed. It is made clear that the respondent authorities shall act strictly in accordance with law.

Consequently, miscellaneous applications, if any shall stand closed. No costs.
