HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.21860 OF 2016 ORDER:
The case of the petitioner is that he filed Revision along with stay petition on 25.06.2016 under Section 4-A(2) of the Andhra Pradesh Assigned Lands (Prohibition of Transfers) Act, 1977 before the 2nd respondent against the orders passed by the 3rd respondent in proceedings No.E/438/2016, dated 22.06.2016. But so far no orders are passed by the 2nd respondent. Aggrieved by the same, the present writ petition is filed.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in view of the orders dated 22.06.2016 passed by the 3rd respondent; the respondents are trying to evict the petitioner.
Heard the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue. In view of the above facts and circumstances, the 2nd respondent is directed to dispose of the Revision filed by the petitioner in accordance with law, within a period of eight (8) weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order, after issuing notice to the affected parties. Till disposal of the Revision petition, status quo obtaining as on today shall be maintained by both the parties. With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs. As a sequel to the disposal of this petition, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
