THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M. SATYANARAYANA MURTHY CRIMINAL PETITION No.4468 OF 2018 ORDER:

This criminal petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. assailing the order dated 07.04.2018, in Crl.M.P.No.514 of 2018 in Crl.A.No.284 of 2018 in C.C. No.345 of 2015 passed by the I Additional Metropolitan Sessions Judge, Hyderabad, wherein the learned Sessions Judge, while suspending the substantive sentence of imprisonment and payment of compensation, directed the petitioner to pay 10% of the compensation amount in the court of XI Special Magistrate, Hyderabad, without fixing the time for such deposit.

Learned counsel for the petitioner requested to grant four weeks time to comply the direction issued by the I Additional Metropolitan Sessions Judge.

In view of the request made by the counsel for the petitioner, I deem it appropriate to fix four weeks time from today to comply the direction issued by the I Additional Metropolitan Sessions Judge, Hyderabad, in Crl.M.P.No.514 of 2018 in Crl.A.No.284 of 2018 in C.C. No.345 of 2015.

With the above direction, the criminal petition is disposed of. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
