RADHAKRISHNAN AND THE HON' BLE SRI JUSTICE GUDISEVA SHYAM PRASAD Contempt Appeal Nos.9 and 10 of 2017 Common Judgment: (per the Hon'ble the Chief Justice Sri Thottathil B. Radhakrishnan) Learned Special Government Pleader for the appellants submits that the appellants have been discharged from contempt subsequent to the filing of these Contempt Appeals. He accordingly says that these appeals have become infructuous.
