HON'BLE Dr. JUSTICE B. SIVA SANKARA RAO CRIMINAL PETITION No.417 of 2014 ORDER :

This Criminal Petition is filed by the Petitioners/Accused Nos.1 to 4 under Section 482 Cr.P.C seeking to quash the proceedings in Crime No.538 of 2013 on the file of Narayanaguda Police Station for the offences punishable under Sections 415, 420, 468, 471, 406, 506 I.P.C.

2) When the matter came up for hearing, the respondent State represented by the Public Prosecutor submitted that in the above crime, the police concerned filed a final report referring the case under Section 173 Cr.P.C. after completion of the investigation and no cause survives for adjudication in this criminal petition and the same has become infructuous.

3) Recording the said submission, this criminal petition is dismissed as infructuous without prejudice the rights of the petitioner to move if at all any cognizance under Section 190 Cr.P.C taken thereon or from any protest petition under Section 190 read with 200 Cr.P.C.
