THE HON'BLE JUSTICE G.SRI DEVI CRIMINAL PETITION No.4379 of 2019 ORDER:

This Criminal Petition, under Section 482 of Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, is filed by the petitioner/complainant to call for the records relating to C.C.No.796 of 2008 on the file of IX Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, City Criminal Courts, Nampally, Hyderabad, and consequently direct the Court below to examine accused Nos.3 and 4 for framing of charges on the next date of hearing i.e., on 22.07.2019 or expeditiously. 2.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner/complainant and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor representing the 3rd respondent-State. Perused the record.

Learned counsel for the petitioner/complainant would submit that though the Calendar Case is of the year 2008, till date no charges are framed and hence, he prayed that a direction may be given to the Court below to frame charges in the aforesaid Calendar Case expeditiously.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case and considering the request of learned counsel for the petitioner, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, the Court below is directed to examine accused Nos.3 and 4 and frame charges in C.C.No.796 of 2008 pending on the file of IX Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, City Criminal Courts, Nampally, Hyderabad, and to conclude the trial as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of six (6) months from the date of framing of charges.

With the above direction, the Criminal Petition is disposed of. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this criminal petition shall stand closed.
