HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE U.DURGA PRASAD RAO WRIT PETITION No.20873 OF 2011 ORDER:

The petitioners seek writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the respondents in insisting and deducting the crop insurance premium from petitioners, while disbursing/ repaying the crop laon for the year 2011-2012 for the Kharif season against their will and consent as illegal, arbitrary and unjustified and consequently direct the respondent not to insist to deduct/collect insurance premium from the petitioners while disbursing/repaying the loan amounts and pass such other order.

When the matter is called, learned counsel for petitioners submits that the subject matter in the writ petition has become infructuous since the relief sought for in the present writ petition is pertaining to the crop period for the years 2011-2012, which was over long back. 3.

Recording the said submission, this writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
