After submissions are made by both the sides for sometime in this writ petition, learned counsel for the petitioner sought permission to withdraw the writ petition further requesting to reserve liberty to the petitioner to file an appropriate complaint with necessary averments before the Station House Officer of the police station concerned.

Recording the submissions, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn, reserving liberty to the petitioner as sought for. There shall be no order as to costs.

Miscellaneous Petitions pending, if any, in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
