THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAMALINGESWARA RAO WRIT PETITION No.17274 OF 2017 ORDER:

This writ petition was filed challenging the action of the second respondent in issuing proceedings, dated 18.05.2017, debarring the petitioner for one year from tendering for the works of National Highways. This Court, by order, dated 25.05.2017, granted interim suspension till 05.06.2017 initially and it was extended from time to time. Since the period of one year imposed in the proceedings, dated 18.05.2017, is going to expire on 17.05.2018, nothing survives for consideration if the matter is posted after summer vacation. In the circumstances, in view of the expiry of the period of one year imposed on the petitioner, the writ petition is closed. Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, in the writ petition shall stand closed.
