This writ petition is filed against the order dated 21-12-2009 imposing punishment of reduction of pay by two incremental stages for a period of two years which shall have effect on future increments of the petitioner. Though the order is of the year 2009, writ petition is filed now after a period of six years. No reasons are given for filing writ petition after a period of six years.
