Respondents WHEREAS the Petitioners have presented above case under Sections 10 to 12 of the Contempt of Courts Act 1971, through their Counsel Sri V. Venugopala Rao, praying the High Court to summon the respondents No. 1 and 2 and to punish them for their willful disobedience of order of this Hon`ble Court passed in WPMP No. 6410 of 2014 in WP No. 5163 of 2014, dated: 24-02-2014; WHEREAS the said case coming on for hearing on this day and whereas the High Court upon perusing the case and the affidavit filed herein and the order of the High Court dated: 02-04-2014, 26-12-2014, 23-01-2015 & 23-06-2015 made herein and upon hearing the arguments of Sri V. Venugopala Rao, Advocate for the Petitioners and Sri P. Vinod Kumar, Advocate for the respondents, made the following ORDER:

"Even though time is sought on the last two occasions for getting the record pertaining to the proof of payment of salaries, even today time is sought again for the same purpose.
