This Criminal Petition under Section 482 of Cr.P.C., is filed by the petitioner/A2 seeking to quash the proceedings in C.C.No.5833 of 2019 (old C.C.No.476 of 2015) on the file of the XV Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Hyderabad, against her. 2.
Heard learned counsel for the petitioner/A2, learned Additional Public Prosecutor representing the 1st respondent-State and perused the record.

Though the petitioner has raised several grounds to quash the proceedings in the aforesaid case, learned counsel for the petitioner requested this Court to dispense with the appearance of the petitioner/A2 in the aforesaid case before the trial Court. 4.
Learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that since the identity of petitioner is not in dispute, her presence in the above case may not be necessary on every date of adjournment. 5.
In view of the aforesaid submissions, the appearance of the petitioner/A2 in C.C.No.5833 of 2019 (old C.C.No.476 of 2015) on the file of the XV Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Hyderabad, is dispensed with, except on the dates whenever her presence is required by the trial Court and she shall be represented by her counsel.

With the above direction, the Criminal Petition is disposed of. 7.
Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this criminal petition shall stand closed.
