THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE M.S.RAMACHANDRA RAO CONTEMPT CASE No.948 OF 2015 O R D E R :

Heard the learned counsel for petitioner and the learned Advocate General for respondent.

2. This Contempt Case is filed alleging that the respondent has not passed orders on the petitioner's representation in spite of orders dt.31.12.2014 in WP.MP.No.51086 of 2014 in W.P.No.40752 of 2014 to dispose of the said representation within six (06) weeks.

3. It is now stated by both sides that the petitioner's representation was disposed of on 22.07.2015. In the counteraffidavit filed by the respondent, it is stated that on account of administrative reasons, there was delay in disposing of the said representation and the respondent has also tendered unconditional apology for the said delay.

4. Therefore, accepting the apology of the respondent for the delay in complying with the above order of this Court, the Contempt Case is closed. There shall be no order as to costs.

5. Consequently, Miscellaneous Petitions pending if any, shall stand closed.
