THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE M.S.RAMACHANDRA RAO WRIT PETITION No.35708 OF 2015 O R D E R :

The grievance of the petitioner in this writ petition is that revision RCE No.525 of 2015 filed by him challenging the order dt.12.10.2015 in RCE.No.746 of 2014 and the stay petition filed therein are not being disposed of by the 1st respondent.

2. The learned Government Pleader for Civil Supplies states that the 1st respondent will dispose of the Revision as expeditiously as possible and that he will also dispose of the stay petition within two weeks from today.

3. Having regard to the said submission, this Writ Petition is disposed of directing the 1st respondent to dispose of the stay petition filed in Revision RCE.No.525 of 2015 pending on his file within two weeks from today and he shall also dispose of the Revision within eight (08) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. There shall be no order as to costs.

4. Consequently, Miscellaneous Petitions pending if any, shall stand closed.
