HON'BLE Dr. JUSTICE B. SIVA SANKARA RAO Crl.M.P.Nos.8662 & 8663 of 2017 IN/AND CRIMINAL PETITION No.8150 of 2017 COMMON ORDER :
The petitioners/accused Nos.1 to 3 and the 2nd respondent-de facto complainant of C.C.No.226 of 2016 on the file of the XIV Metropolitan Magistrate, Cyberabad at L.B.Nagar, which is out come of Crime No.94 of 2016 of Station House Officer, Women Police Station, Cyberabad, registered for the offences punishable under Section 498-A IPC and Sections 3 and 4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act, 1981, are present before the Court and stated that they settled the matter amicably outside the Court.

In view of the compromise arrived at between the parties, Crl.P.M.P.No.8662 of 2017 filed for permitting the de facto complainant to compromise with the accused persons and Crl.P.M.P.No.8663 of 2017 filed for compounding the offence are allowed and the offences supra are compounded and accused Nos.1 to 3 are acquitted and the bail bonds of the accused, if any, shall stand cancelled.

Accordingly and in the result, Crl.P.No.8150 of 2017 is allowed.
