Learned counsel for the petitioners/Accused Nos.1 to 6 would submit that the present petition has become infructuous in view of filing the charge sheet.
Learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State of Andhra Pradesh on behalf of respondent No.2 would also represent that charge sheet was filed and cognizance was taken in C.C.No.443 of 2015 by the learned Additional Magistrate of First Class, Nandigama. In view of the aforesaid submissions of the learned counsel for both sides, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous at the stage of admission itself.
Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this petition, shall stand closed.
