The petitioner, who is A.6, preferred the present Criminal Petition under Section 439(1)(b) Cr.P.C., seeking relaxation of the conditions imposed in the Order dated 15.03.2016 in Crl.M.P.No.1487 of 2016 in Crime No.108 of 2014 of B.Mattam Police Station, YSR Kadapa District, by the Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Badvel, YSR Kadapa District.

The Court below while granting bail to the petitioner/A.6 directed him to appear before the concerned Station House Officer on every Monday until further orders and not to leave the jurisdiction without prior permission of the Court, along with other conditions.

Learned counsel for the petitioner mainly submits that the petitioner is working as Manager in Kotak Mahindra Bank, Madanapalle, and as such, it is very difficult for him to appear before the Station House Officer at B.Mattam on every Monday, as directed by the Court below.

Learned Public Prosecutor opposed the same.

Having regard to the above submission that the petitioner is working in Kotak Mahindra Bank, Madanapalle, the order under challenge is modified as under:

CPK,J CrlP_12537_2016 The petitioner shall appear before the Madanapalle I Town Police Station, instead of B.Mattam Police Station. All other conditions imposed by the Court below shall remained un-altered. 6.
