ORDER

Challenging the action of the 3rd respondent in not registering crime against the unofficial respondents, the present writ petition is filed by the petitioner.

When the matter is taken up for consideration, learned Government Pleader for Home submits that Cr.No.14 of 2017 was registered against the unofficial respondents by the Station House Officer, Pendurthy Police Station, Visakhapatnam City, on 6.1.2017.

In view of the same, no further orders are necessary in this writ petition.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is closed.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed.
